Notice of  Payment Registration for summer semester of 2015

All PSPS students who are receiving scholarship tuition are required to complete registration procedures before every semester starts. The students who did not complete their coursework should make a registration payment and they will have status to study at PSPS for next semester.

While registering, you will be asked to pay other fees such as Advisor Instruction Fee (mandatory), Students Council Fee, YU Health Care Service Fee and Graduation Fee.

In the URP system, you can choose what you want to pay. Mandatory fee will be charged automatically and other fees are under your choice.

Advisor Instruction Fee (지도교수비, Mandatory) KRW 50,000

This is for advisor’s instruction and consultation on your thesis and other academic concerns.

Student Council Fee (학생회비) KRW 50,000

Student Council Fee will be used for the purpose of service to PSPS students by the PSPS Student Council. Student Council works on behalf of PSPS students and it offers several services and events for PSPS students. You will enjoy these benefits by paying the student council fee.

YU Health Care Service Fee (건강공제회비) KRW 25,300

All international students are required to obtain insurance service, in case of unexpected emergency. Although most PSPS students joined AIG Insurance service, it usually does not cover small treatment such as colds. So, PSPS recommends you to join YU Health Care Service at YU campus by paying KRW 25,300 per semester which covers those small treatments in addition to the AIG insurance.

Graduation Fee (졸업경비) KRW 100,000

This fee will only be charged to the students who will be in the 4^th semester. The fee is to cover meetings and excursions among 4^th semester students. (This is not the thesis evaluation fee or for graduation.)

After making selection of your fees, please print out registration bill and pay the fees by visiting Daegu Bank or transfer the exact total amount to the bank account indicated in your registration bill during registration period, from 6th July to 14:00, 8th July, 2015. If you are not in Korea, please ask your friend in Korea to register on behalf of you. Please be sure that every student has a different bank account number in the registration bill.
