Dear PSPS Graduate Students,

Greetings from the president of the Global SAEMAUL UNDONG Forum! I hope that you are doing well.

Despite the break being a short one, I believe you deserve to enjoy your vacation. Korea’s autumn is good for research, and it is also a fine season for having a good time. So it is a time of year when you will need to manage your time well since you have only a year to a year and a half here in Korea as students at the PSPS. Even though you have just a short time to spend here I trust that it is a beneficial experience for you.

On a different note, the 2015 Global SAEMAUL UNDONG Forum was held in Gyeongju from September 14^th to 16^th, and was completed successfully thanks to the participation and support of many people. This 2015 Forum was held to try to take the lead in fostering a universal value of human co-existence and co-prosperity through Saemaul Undong’s global dissemination; it was an important time for drawing up plans for a “Global Collaboration for a Safer and Happier World”.

In particular, I want to express my gratitude to the dean of the PSPS, as well as all the professors and graduate students. Moreover, it was through the PSPS graduate students that the Forum was completed well. You have my deepest thanks. I hope to see you actively participating at the next Forum as well. Thanks once more to you for your dignified participation and contributions.
