When you are sick or injured, please check your Dongbu Insurance Card and call to the Insurance Emergency Contact. He/She will guide you what/how to do.

If you go to Saemyung Hospital located near the Gyeongsan Bus Terminal, show your insurance card and explain your purpose of visit to the reception desk. 

If you have had treatment from other hospitals, please submit receipt and other required documents and request reimbursement.
