2019학년도 2학기 대학원 외국인 재학생(복학예정자 포함) 장학금 신청방법을 다음과 같이 안내합니다.

1. 신청기간 : 2019. 06. 10(월) ~ 06. 21(금)

   Application period :  June 10th ~ 21st, 2019

2. 신청방법 : URP>장학관리>외국인장학신청 [상기 첨부파일 참조]

    How to apply : URP > 장학관리 > 외국인장학신청(Please refer to attached file)

3. 제출서류 : 1) 장학금 신청서(URP 출력자료) 1부.

                 2) 의료보험증 사본 1부. ( * 의료보험기간은 2019.09.01 ~ 2020.02.29 까지 유효한

                    서류 제출 )
                 3) 어학성적증명서(변동자에 한함) 1부.

   Required documents

1)  scholarship application form(printed on URP system)

2)  copy of medical insurance materials ( Please submit valid medical insurance documents  - medical insurance periods : from 2019.09.01 to 2020.02.29 )

3)  official language report(only applicable to those who got the score newly)

4. 제 출 처 : 학생이 소속한 학과사무실 (※신청기한내 제출)
   Where to submit : Applicant's department Office (Not graduate school office)

5. 유의사항 :

  1) 2019학년도 1학기 이수과목 중(보충과목, 연구학점 및 연구윤리 포함)

     한 과목 이상에서 C학점 이하 취득한 과목이 있는 경우 또는 평점평균 3.0 미만인 자의 경우,

     최대 장학 30% 까지만 장학 추천 가능

  2) 매 학기 학과심사에 따라 장학지급률을 하향 조정할 수 있음.

  3) 신청내용 및 제출서류에 허위사실이 있는 경우 장학생 자격박탈 및

    기지급 장학금 전액 회수함. 

  4) 2018년 영어능력평가시험 텝스 (TEPS) 성적 전환표 안내 (총점 990점 → 600점 변경) 관련

 Remarks
 1) If a student receive a credit of C or below subject for any one of the courses of the first

    semester of 2019 including supplementary subject, a research credits and Research Ethics

    or average GPA  below a 3.0, the student is NOT eligible for 100%, 70% or 50% tuition

    waiver in the  following semester.
 2) All types of scholarship are only given to a student who has been recommended by
    his(her) department.
 3) According to departments’assesment at each semester, the scholarship types can be
    downgraded.
