DB 보험에 가입한 학생의 보험카드 배부일정을 안내합니다.

DB Insurance Card will be prepared as below.

일시 : 2019년 7월 25일(목) 10시~16시 (점심시간 12시~13시는 제외)

When: 10:00~16:00, Thursday, July 25th 2019 (Lunch time: 12:00~13:00)

장소 : 국제교류센터 301호

Where: #301, International Center

준비물 : 보험금납부영수증(원본 혹은 사진), 본인신분증(여권 혹은 외국인등록증)

            ※ 대리인 수령 시 보험금납부영수증(원본 혹은 사진), 보험당사자 신분증(원본 이나 복사본 혹은 사진)

What to bring: Receipt(original or photo), ID card (Passport ot Alien Registration Card)

                    ※ In case you want your friend to receive your insurance card on behalf of you, you have to give your receipt (original or photo), and your ID card (photocopy or photo of your passport or Alien Registration Card) to your friend.
