We convey our deepest condolences to the victims of the Ferry Sewol in this time of pain and sorrow.

YU installed a memorial altar in the university library for the victims of the sinking of the Ferry Sewol.
However, we, Korean, are still praying for safe return of the missing people.
YU President Noh Seok-kyun, Educational Affairs Director Kim Jin-sam, faculty, students and the general public are visiting the group memorial altar installed in the 1st floor lobby of the Central Library from 9 a.m. on the 29th.
The group memorial altar installed at YU is operated from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and will be operated until the group funeral service ends at Ansan in Gyeonggi-do.
The YU homepage also placed a white chrysanthemum banner with a sign "We will not forget today's pain. We pray that you may rest in peace" to remember the victims of the sinking of the Sewol and to show condolence to the families of the bereaved.
